Since 2012, Jenn Velarde has been making waves in the real estate industry—starting as an assistant to a top-producing agent and quickly earning her reputation as a powerhouse in growth and leadership. By 2017, she helped scale that team to 17 agents as Director of Operations, where she developed onboarding systems, training programs, and accountability models that launched countless successful agent careers.
In 2019, Jenn stepped into production herself—navigating life as a newly single mom while building a thriving business rooted in authenticity, relationships, and social media strategy. By 2020, she sold 18 homes in her first year and has since closed over 90 homes organically through her online sphere—proof that connection and consistency outperform cold calls any day.
Now serving as Director of Strategic Growth for Stewart Title, Jenn blends her real estate experience with her passion for coaching, helping agents and teams strategically scale their businesses with purpose and profitability. Through workshops, business planning clinics, and one-on-one coaching, she empowers entrepreneurs to master their mindset, build sustainable systems, and execute at the highest level—without losing sight of faith, family, and freedom.
